How is the pay in CF/CD in FIG companies?
Is the pay in Corporate Fin/Dev/Strat at a FIG company like a BB bank or large investment firms above average like the pay is in Tech? Could a Director expect to make 400k+ or could a VP make 600k+ like at some big tech firms
Bump also wondering
Not sure about BB bank or large investment firm but at my old firm the base pay was pretty comparable to their respective BB levels. (85-95K for analysts, 125K+ for associates etc.)
The bonus sucked though for junior employees (5-20% for A/A) but once you become Sr. Associate or VP equivalent they tend to move 50%+ of base.
