What to expect from YE reviews?
Any idea what to expect from YE reviews coming up in terms of structure? I lateraled in to ER mid '22. How does the DOR value client interactions vs report writing? IE I dont get a ton of client time bc I'm relatively new, but do a ton of writing/modeling - anything to help frame expectations for how the convos generally go would be great

Different analysts ask different things of their teams, so the reviews tend to center around your analyst's subjective rating of you rather than lining up all the people at a level on metrics like call hours
