For those who walk to work, what shoes do you wear for the commute?
Side note: Starting work in a month; hoping that it's okay to keep dress shoes at work and wear some sneakers for the commute. Personally I walk 2.5 miles from my apartment, bllue Nike Flyknits.

I was going to question the need to wear separate shoes to commute, but then I see the 2.5 miles...
Even if one were to average 16-min mile, that's a 40-min walk...
Yeah, I mean transit is typically taken, but on days where I want to walk, I can do it in 30ish minutes
Comfortable shoes, nothing over 6 inch. heels.

Look into the Cole Haan Zero Gravity shoes, or whatever they are called. They're kind of like hybrid sneaker/dress shoes. Super comfortable.
