I know much about group dynamics depends on the bank. Stripping the bank from the analysis, fill in the group names with the cooresponding statistics.
- Most hours
- Least hours (give an avg weekly range)
- Most earnings potential
- Least earnings potential (give a range for avg MD)
- Most quant group
- Least quant group
- Most exciting group/product
- Most boring group/product
- Most cyclical group/product
- Most defensive group/product (still plugging away during downturns)
ideally, I'd like a group with reasonable hours, high pay, and little quant work.
