DB TMT vs MS M&A

Currently a senior at a global hypertarget (WYD/Oxbridge/LSE/UCL/Imperial), and just secured an offer from those two tier 1 groups.

Why DB TMT:

I'm interested in tech-y exit opps, as well as DB TMT being percieved as a better group overall.

Why MS M&A:

M&A is more versatile and less restrictive, and MS has better brand name overall, but MS M&A has a weaker group reputation than DB TMT. If I'm exiting to less prestigious fields, MS brand name may benefit me more due to its layman's prestige.
