FT recruiting HELP (about to graduate)

Graduating this year, Class of 2020 from a non-target and am thinking about beginning to apply for jobs, now that I have a month left in school. How should I go about getting an investment banking role at JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs? just now figured out that this is what I want to do because I want to be rich and don’t care about working long hours as I am the hardest working person I have ever met. Don’t have any internships (always thought they were a waste of time, what can you learn in 10 weeks anyway?), but have a solid GPA (3.5)
