Group Exits

Hey guys, I have a quick question.

How would exits at a top MM group compare to BB/EB exits? Something like a jefferies healthcare. I was looking at the William Blair Tech group and they seem to have been crushing it recently. They have groups like Lazard and UBS beat in the leagues. I'd no doubt take lazard over Blair but, what would the exits for a Blair tech analyst look like?

Thank you!
