How impressive is it to have investment banking on resume as a freshman?

I am currently a freshman looking to transfer from a non-target. I have an investment banking internship and wanted to know if it is impressive or not to an admissions officer at a top public business school such as UMich or UT Austin.

You're cracking me up

I think he already knows that it is impressive, he just wants to know how impressive it is. Like if it is something that is a really big deal to employers and will get him hired or will only help slightly.

Exactly. Only that an admissions officer is reading it rather than an employer. It is obviously something good to have on a resume, however, is it something that can make me highly considerable to be accepted? (of course with a high GPA)

In that case, not very impressive at all. I'm sure the admissions counselor would rather see that he's a member of his college business club and finance society and "attends weekly meetings to enhance knowledge in the areas of business and finance."

GTFO of here with this nonsense lmao

if I were you, I'd list it between your dad's taxable income & your dick size, but definitely before the photo album of czech models you've poked.

the downside of this strategy is the interviewer will be intimidated and so may ding you because they're in the presence of a superior alpha male and the only thing he has on you is decision making power.

I know you're a freshman, but cmon man. we already know you're going to put any and all internships on a transfer application, so why are you puffing up your ego? I would be using this time to network with people from there to get insight on the transfer process, and crushing your first year grades. if you get out of freshman year with anything less than a 3.5, no internship will save you.

Question seems a bit disingenuous. Unless your resume is so full that you are deciding what to put on and what to keep off, why are you even asking this? It should be on there unless you have no room, and even then it probably should be.
