Just lateraled to a BB, background check took almost 1.5 week already still haven’t heard back. My Jefferies and Mizuho friends all confirmed background check less than a week. Could anyone provide some rough timeline estimate on this process?
For reference only had one full time experience which is a public big finance firm in US, had the internship in that same company. No outside of US experience and nothing to hide really.

Do they let you know when finished? My BB stated in February for FT and I have not heard back. The background co reached out for additional information about 3 weeks ago. Nothing after that
