IB in a small city vs big city
Hi, I am currently unemployed and based in a big city my applications are not getting much traction in the local market however I recently got an offer to join a decent MM shop in a much smaller city. Should I take it or hold out for a better offer since I don’t want to move. Alternatively, if I move to what extent I’ll be able to leverage my experience in a smaller shop in case I want to move back. The team at the small shop seems nice, management is very experienced and they get good deal flow but I still feel a bit sceptical.. Thanks,
