Internship Location on Resume

I was curious if not listing your internship location is a big NO. I am a junior from a non-target with strong brand name internships in small European countries. I have noticed that U.S. recruiters seem to be biased toward American experiences (e.g. Evercore and other EB gave me an interview in their UK office while nobody invited me here in the U.S.) Please advise, thanks!

Note: I am studying in the U.S.

All internships were IB-related but people seem to mock at those experiences due to barely knowing those countries. While there is some truth in it (compared to U.S.), different candidates have different situations and therefore I think there should be a slight tolerance.

Probably raises a question on citizenship/work authorization. A lot of firms are not sponsoring international students right now (plenty of threads on this, I don't know specifics) and either indicating that on the application or having lots of international experience on your resume says you're probably not from the US.

If you have US work authorization/citizenship, it may be worth putting that on there to avoid the international autoding. If your bullet points show good experience the location shouldn't matte.r
