No. Only the solidified BB banks within the US are considered bulge brackets.

Yes, they would be considered more of a MM IB in the US.
Agree with above - MM in the US. None of the Canadian banks are BBs - there is more to it than just having a balance sheet, the true BBs have a global footprint in every region
