Probably DB because (at least pre-Covid), the conversion rate was really silly (anywhere from 80 to 90%).
DB is still better than JEF in London for most things, despite the fact that JEF is super hot & growing rapidly.
Will have leaner teams and just as good deal exposure at JEF tho (& higher comp of course).
Can’t really go wrong either way, should be a cultural preference in the end
I would go with Jeff as it is harder to land a Jefferies role than an DB role
Probably would take DB.
In either case, try your best to get something better for SA next year whilst using your other offer as a cushion.
