Latam groups

Why are Latam groups given a free pass when it comes to diversity?

They're across the board the least diverse and least female friendly groups. Rampant sexual harassment is the norm. In Brazil for example, it's not unheard of to have business meetings in literal brothels.

All under the guise that needed to do business in Latin America.

Can you imagine if an industrials group refused to hire a black guy because midwestern CEOs were less comfortable around them?

Just don't understand why more isn't done to reign in these groups.
