Lateraling after 6 months
Traded up after over 1 year at a LMM and regretting it. The team is notorious for its hours / culture and I was naive to thinking I could stick it out when handed the offer. Seeking advice on whether it’s plausible to lateral so soon? Aware this will be a red flag when applying so would appreciate any advice.
