London posters, how doable is Big4 Audit & Assurance to ER?

I still have a while to go, from what I've gathered, I should do as many as possible of the following:

-Try and Audit sectors that are in demand at places hiring for ER.
-First time passes for the ACA.
-Get heavy experience in modelling.
-Get some experience in corporate finance or transaction services.
-Do a CFA level or 2.

I've formed this list from looking at posts out there already on the subject, and snooping around linkedin to look at what people who have done this have in common.

Anything I've missed?

Cheers

Also, the ER forum is a ghost town, which is why this is posted here.
