Michigan LSA: How can I make the most out of the next 4 years?

Hi, I hope everybody is having a good day. I recently committed to Michigan LSA for undergrad. I did not get into Ross as a pre-admit, and I therefore cannot transfer in as a BBA. Michigan was the best school I got into, and due to extenuating circumstances, transferring is not an option.

I know my prospects coming from a non-Ross background aren't great. I acknowledge that I will have to put in twice the work to get half the opportunities. What I want to know is, how is recruiting from LSA? What should I do from Day 1 at Michigan to maximize my chances of success in finance recruiting for investment banking? Should I pursue a minor in business, or should an econ degree with relevant internships and extracurriculars be enough? Will this at all impact me beyond my first job?

Again, I know this is a lot, but I would really appreciate any advice that anybody may have.
