Oil Refinery Refurbishing/Construction
Can someone shed some light on this as we are in a very desperate situation regarding the financing of our Oil refinery which Credit Suisse Bank has been working on and due to their slow pace we might not be able to hold some of our contracts in place that much longer.

We are looking for 310 Million dollars. At the moment we have a 90 Million dollar Mezzanine from a Hedge fund and need the 310mm. This Refinery is going to be put up on an Island which is given to the client by Governement of a South American country.
