Post bonus exits?
Curious to hear sentiment amongst associates or anyone else who is about to get a bonus for that matter...Are you planning on staying? If you're leaving, where are you looking to go?
Currently at an ElItE BouTiqUe and my team has a terrible culture so I am looking to make a jump. Don't want to work at BB so that kind of leaves me with other "EBs" or MM. Started preliminary conversations with some firms and seems like they are hopeful to hire associates but they aren't sure of how attrition is going to look.
Terrible culture because people suck or it’s a lot of work?
Both…I don’t mind working hard but the passive aggressiveness and just overall demeanor that has taken hold of the group is too much.
