Rothschild Recruiting???
Clearly I am just a prospect heading into SA 2025 cycle but have found interest in Rothschild in the US, I know it acts more as a MM in the US compared to its EB status in Europe. I was curious on how open Rothschild is to non-target students. Currently at a non-target(almost self-selective as almost 100% placement of those who want IB jobs) LAC with a 3.5-3.6 GPA, would I have a relatively decent shot?

I’d recommend reaching out to former MD Emmanuel Macron. His referrals tend to lead to first rounds more often than not.
Varies by office. I know Miami is desperately looking to recruit since it is a new office so perhaps they would be more open, but from the looks of the latest intern / analyst face book it seems predominantly target school outside of some that get recruited because a select MD went there.
