Which internship should I choose and why?

I am 23, I am from Italy, and I am a Bachelor in Business Admin. graduate from ESADE in Spain. I already have 2 internships under my belt, 1 in financial reporting at a chain of pharmacies, 1 in Strategy and M&A/Corporate development in a travel company.
I have applied to/ will apply to a few Masters in Finance programs, both in Europe and in the US, and will probably do that starting in August this year.
Which internship now will give me a better chance at investment banking post Masters in Finance?
Similar to my previous internship- Strategy & M&A/Corporate development in a world leading manufacturer of engineered components. Company is from the US, but the job would be in Italy. $3 bln revenue, 10K+ employees
In a small boutique I would be in the corporate finance team of ~7 people. They advise M&A deals/ restructuring/ capital raising. Also here in Italy.
While the second one is more interrelated with what I hope to do after my MSF, the first is in a much bigger, more recognisable company so I am lost.
What do you guys suggest?
