Can i get into IB or has the ship sailed
I am currently a student in Europe, at a non target school. I'm in my mid 20s, on my second attempt at school as I completely messed up the first time.
At this moment I work in fund accounting at one of the large custodian banks itw (>1yr), and yet I am scared I might never get into front office, let alone IB.
My current job is quite comfortable and I am expecting a raise at the end of the year. The one thing bugging me is that I know the longer I stay in fund accounting the further away I stray from IB.
Any advice on how I can break into IB or a front office role?
