Experience needed for commodity grad programmes

Hey Everyone,

Just wondering what you guys would consider to be a "solid" amount of experience to get a grad job at a big commodities firm. By solid I mean that no one will look at your CV and immediately bin it due to low experience, but they also won't look at your CV and be super mega impressed by the experience section.

I obviously know that experience quality is key.
Is one high quality internship enough? Or do you need 2 to stand a chance?
thanks in advance
