How do you manage and pass stress tests in final round IB interviews?

I recently made a post about how I bombed an Ib interview and felt terrible after. The amount of replies I got were extremely encouraging and I feel now that I am in a better spot.
After doing a lot of reflection I realized that I messed up the stress and pressure tests. By the end of that interview I was sweating bullets and wanted it to be over. Does anyone have any advice for passing those stress and pressure tests?
Would really appreciate it.
