How to make coffee chat emails better ?

So I am currently an Analyst at a BB Ops. I often reach out to alumni from my school at the firm and I send out emails asking for networking or coffee chats. Nothing to crazy. I tell them I am a recent college grad and the subject I majored in. I tell them the team I am working in. I also say that I see you working in this field and I would love to know more about your job and ask for some career advice.
I try to do it mostly over zoom. Many emails sent and not many people replying back. Is there something wrong with my approach or how can I make them more better and valuable ?

To me it doesn't sound bad like you're doing a mistake or something but people are busy and not everyone is interested in networking/helping out (I wish it was different but that's the reality). I'd suggest expanding your networking target, that is emailing people who are not alumni but just find a legit sounding reason why you are reaching out (e.g. you're from the same city, did a similar internship etc) besides the simple fact they're working in IB. Also, from the psychological point of view, if you're a man, it's likely you'll do better with networking with women, and the opposite if you're a woman. Good luck
