MBB to IB (or PE)
Hope everyone’s having a good week!
Currently at major office MBB & main priority is moving to NYC next year (pessimistic on MBB allowing office transfer given recruitment squeeze/economy). Interested in what the process looks like & how common the transition from MBB to IB is after just one year of consulting.
Additionally know PE on-cycle recruiting has kicked off for IB first years but was wondering if this is the case for MBB / when that process begins.
Appreciate any and all insight on this, thanks!
