Need some quick advice choosing internship offer plz

I’m a third year student at Canadian top 3 uni, majoring in Finance and MIS. And I’ll begin my first co-op work term in May 2021.

I’ve recently received an offer from a Canadian top5 pension plan firm, for real estate investment portfolio management. And another big4 consulting internship, for people advisory - cybersecurity team. Both two teams were nice during the interview.

I had private equity, venture capital and consulting experience before, personally I would prefer to IB industry in the near future. If I have the opportunity, I would pursue a MBB consulting position after my IB job in 5 years.
