Recruiting Advice

I am currently a sophomore at a non-target getting prepared for the upcoming recruiting season. Can’t say too much as it will give away who I am (Definitely willing to PM and schedule a call to speak more about this), but I am an intern at a LMM Investment Bank and getting great exposure. I am looking to land an BB/EB offer so this is where my focus will be. A few alumni have senior roles at EBs which I will definitely try using to my advantage.

Knowing this, what recommendations would you have for me to prepare for this recruiting cycle? How should I schedule my BIWS and WSO guide prep, mock interviews, and so on. Also networking tips leading into recruiting.

Any other words of encouragement and help would also be greatly appreciated, thank you!
