What’s the process of recruiting? When’s the best timeline to start reaching out to people like is it before or after you send in your resume/application. As a freshman from a non-target, I want to get some preparation but ai can’t find the exact timeline to start talking to people and when analyst referrals are going to be sent. Thank you!
