Student job in Zurich
Hi there,
Moving to Zurich next year and in need for tips and advice to find a student job.
I don’t speak German much, and wonder if I should aim for a meaningful job for my degree (Banking, Finance, etc...) or simply go for any job.
Additional info:
I will hold a Student Visa (15h a week max)
*Should/Can I apply for a work visa as well?
I’m European, white, and speak 3 languages
I’d love to have your recommendations on that.
1) work at the university you are studying at (should match hours), jobs are better than flipping burgers and you'll learn a lot
2) there are plenty of companies that need student workers, especially in Zurich, lots of financial services firms around and you should check out monster.ch and jobs.ch .
