Which gig? Healthcare Real Estate vs. HealthTech Incubator

Trying to decide between two offers:

  • Healthcare Real Estate Fund ($175k + $10k signing + bonus + Manager title) - Hybrid PM/IR role. Investor base is institutions + physicians. Tremendous growth. Culture seems a little hokey...

  • HealthTech Virtual Incubator ($165k + $15k signing + bonus + VP title) - Fundraising/BD role. Work remotely. Interface with angel investors (vs. institutions). Most employees have background in academia/research/engineering. Firm hasn't had any exits yet, but nearing.

I am coming from a top MBA with an IB background. Both roles are in the Central US.
