Would applying for more than one divisions for internships hurt my chances?

Basically, the title explains it. I was thinking of applying for multiple divisions to enhance my chances of getting in (e.g., IB, S&T and WM divisions at GS London). But, I thought that may make me look like I am indecisive of what I want and get rejected as a result, not that I do have a lot of chances but anyway.

Also not sure if I should even apply, given that I am studying in EU, do they even sponsor someone from abroad for internships, regardless of whether they are applying for summer/spring or off-cycle positions?

Thank you everyone.
