Does Drake have experience with hedge fund work?

I was listening to the song broke boys by Drake the other day and I heard the lyric “my crib feel like a hedge fund, I be in here just thumbin up”.
Has Drake worked at a hedge fund before? I know he is from a relatively wealthy family in the Toronto area and was thinking he may have interned at one growing up. Does anyone know anything about this?

Yeah drake would definitely be the type of guy to do business with hedge funds he looks like he has a solid team around him that would advise him to.

He's an UHNW individual. Probably has some sort of account with a private banker. Private bankers sling HFs to their clients all the time. It's not unreasonable he's heard of HFs or even been pitched by some PMs/IR. Doesn't have to have worked at one to know what it is roughly.

Heck, after 2020, a lot of people have heard of HFs. Even pre-2020, HFs have been mentioned in plenty of popular media.

Drake's been a theatre kid for most of his teen and adult life, why would he intern in a HF?
