How do people recover from prolong sleep deprivation?
As the title says, how does one recover from sleep deprivation?
I know some of you guys work grueling and long hours and likely don't get much sleep. How do you stay awake, alive and feel refreshed? Is it drinking lots of water? Lots of sex?
What do you people honestly do to keep your head straight and feel alive?
Literally just cocaine and adderall.
