Calendarization + currency conversion questions

Hi,

I have a target company reporting in a different currency than USD.

Let's say I set the FC conversion rate in cell A1 in the 1st worksheet.

Is there a way to easily/automatically add the conversion rate to all the formulas in other worksheets?

Also, or fiscal year ends in Dec and theirs in June. Do I need to go through the process of calendarization by using ratios etc or can I get away with just changing their quarters to match ours in the P&L? (ie: say their 4Q22 which is June 2022 = our 2Q22)

Thank you
