HHs ignores me

How long do HHs  typically take to reply after the submission of forms on their websites?

I immigrated from Nepal after completing my undergraduate degree and now work as a consultant at MBB in NY. I have a stellar track record in our PE practice and became a manager at 22 years old. I'm currently trying to participate in on-cycle or off-cycle recruiting this year. Can they ignore me because I have a wired  background?

knowing MBB he's probably saying that he's managed an analyst below him, which is very common within a couple of years. If it's Bain, then making manager (post MBA role) within 4 years is absolutely out of the question--I worked for one of the 10 literal *best/top-rated* people in my office and even he had to wait 2.5 years for full consultant and then another 2.5 for senior manager

Remember, always be kind-hearted.

Most PE shops don't sponsor so being from Nepal doesn't help. Also I don't think you are eligible for on-cycle given you already have years of experience. It's a lot harder to land PE with a bunch of experience, so you may need to target LMM funds that are open to consultants who are already at associate level... adding all of these things together with needing sponsorship is a tougher sell. You should still be able to land something, but if you are saying you want to do oncycle or be at a big fund, that is not realistic.

You also should be getting intros from colleagues to consultant-friendly HHs who they have worked with rather than just cold emailing HHs.
