How do I navigate PE recruiting from MBB?

Hi all! Currently in my first year at MBB. I have a call with Amity Search Partners coming up. Just wanted to ask if there's anything I should be aware of prior to that? I'm certain it's evaluative to an extent but not aware of much else.

I also know certain headhunters recruit for certain funds. If it's the case that I'm interested in other funds besides the ones Amity works with, how do I find other headhunters? Should I just wait for them to email me? For context, I'd wanna recruit for 2025/2026. Would appreciate any advice!
