How to improve endurance when working long hours on a deal?

What are some good ways to increase endurance when working on a deal? Would training myself to be alert and sharp even after long hours by pushing myself to work for 12-14 hours every day even when the work load doesn’t call for it works?

Thank you

Diet and exercise. Mostly diet. Stay away from sugar, junk food, bread/rice, processed foods and the like. Stick to real, whole foods heavy on high quality meat and veggies with some fruits. Don't drink your calories - stick to water and a daily coffee with no sugar or crap isn't the worst vice. After a 1-2 week adjustment period you'll find you have much more energy for far longer. Exercise is tougher when you work that long but aim for 1 workout on a weekday and 1-2 weekend days - 2x or 3x a week really does move the needle. Stick to HIIT type workouts that increase testosterone like boxing or muay thai and stay away from the lower intensity steady state cardio like jogging or elliptical- much more impactful on heart and brain health, and has longer lasting effects on alertness and adrenaline as well. Despite what others may say, you don't NEED to lift, but if you want to I suggest focusing more on resistance training than pure weight training.

A few years ago I needed a nap by lunchtime everyday. Now I eat lunch at 1pm, am fully satiated until my 8pm gym class, and eat a light dinner around 930, and never felt more energetic.
