HPS WLB and Comp

Hi everyone,

As private / direct-lending is taking over I've started to look more and more into the space but the lack of information is making it difficult to assess. One such opportunity I had a HH reach out for was with HPS partners and they spoke highly of it. I am a few interviews in but don't have a basis of WLB and comp, does anyone have any further information on what it would be like to work for them or comparable companies?
