Intel on BX REPE London

Hi guys, as in the title, I would like to get your opinion about the analyst program at Blackstone RE private equity in London (acquisitions execution team, I think it is called BREDS).

What is compensation? Is it possible to move to associate roles in generalist PE funds after the analyst programme (2 years)?

Many thanks in advance
