Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

Looking to recruit LA PE this upcoming cycle and wanted to ask about Levine Leichtman's culture, reputation, transaction experience and exits. Noticed they raised a $2.5 billion fund last year and seem to be one of the larger LA PE firms in terms of AUM. Threads on this forum are outdated so would appreciate any insight.

Used to work with one of the directors/MDs there at a previous firm and that was in a pretty traditional finance culture— pretty hierarchical. Obviously not sure if that transfers over so not sure if that helps.
