Long term compensation
I've seen a few threads that get around this point. I was curious if anyone had a sense of how big a PE fund would have to be in terms of AUM for an average MD of that firm to make more than their counterpart at a BB Bank / MBB consulting firm. I imagine MDs at ~$10M fund make much less while BX MDs make much more but roughly where is that line?
