ADIA obviously been around longer, more established reputation. Mubadala am more familiar with, emerging and growing fast, definitely more of a tech centric approach, but no surprises there. Have built out a pretty strong US team and have a US VC arm etc. 

Think both are good spots, you’ll have inevitable issues of being at a SWF, I tend to think Mubadala may be easier to move up in/potentially better exit opps given it’s newer, etc.
