Neuberger Berman Interview question

Hi all. I got a first round interview from NB for a Program Analyst. So essentially if the analyst performs well, they will be getting a full-time role afterwards. HR mentioned that the interviews are very similar to IB interviews, so that gives me a general idea of what to prepare. I was just wondering though, what type of interview questions do you guys expect from this role? Any advice will help! I will post the description below:

Within Private Investment Portfolios & Co-Investment (“PIPCO”) business, the Investment Monitoring team is responsible for post-investment monitoring of primary fund investments and co-investments across the PIPCO platform. Key responsibilities include monitoring of material events and headline news, creating quarterly investment summary, and analyzing key performance data and valuation movements etc. The role requires a close partnership with the investment team, data strategy, reporting, marketing, and finance teams. Strong performers will have the opportunity to continue on in a career track capacity. Responsibilities: Monitoring of material events / headline news issues on investments. If an event arises, actively engage with internal and external parties to assess the potential impact Creating quarterly investment summary on primary fund investments and co-investments Analyzing key performance data and creating portfolio analysis and insights to the Investment and Portfolio Management teams Leveraging data to calculate performance KPIs Ad-hoc projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or data analytics 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in transaction advisory / accounting & financial industry Basic understanding of investment metrics and financial analysis High intellectual curiosity to learn the asset class and business Strong attention to detail, excellent judgement, critical thinking, and written skills Ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
