PE - 2 hours LBO with CIM - Debt assumptions & I/S

Hello guys,

I have an upcoming interview where I have to build an LBO model based on a CIM (no access to internet).

I would greatly appreciate any tips and insights you can provide:

  1. Debt Amount & Interest : How can I estimate the suitable level of debt and interest rate for the LBO model using only the information provided in the CIM? Are there any key financial metrics or ratios that I should focus on to guide my analysis?
  2. Income Statement Assumptions: I would love to hear your suggestions on developing income statement assumptions for the LBO model.
Many thanks for your help !!
