Starting at NYC-based MM buyout fund this winter as an off-cycle grad. Also a $3-4bn latest fundraise. Base at 100 but a bit clueless on bonus.
Got an offer during FT recruitment from an SF-based mm tech fund
Base: 110k
Target Bonus: 60k
Latest fund size: ~$1bn
Staring at a MM fund post-grad, so this is what’s in my offer letter.
Base (Stub): $70k pro-rated
Bonus (Stub): $25k pro-rated
Base (post-stub): $85k
Bonus (post-stub): $40k
Location: Large non-NYC East Coast city
Latest fund size: ~$1b
Wasn’t there a thread on this recently and it seemed something like 350 was standard for MF PE total comp. I might be wrong though - just stating of memory.
