PE & Family - How?

This goes out to the silverback(ish) apes on here - how do you juggle a career in PE with buildilng a family and raising kids, especially if your spouse is not a stay-at-home parent?

With weekends mostly used on catching up on life (more admin than fun) I keep asking myself where children could possibly fit into those 24 hours in the day (not even thinking about weekdays)?

So to the ones out there with families - how do you do it? Is your SO 100% stay-at-home? If both are working, is the only solution a 24/7 nanny? How do you find the balance of working in this job without fully neglecting any offspring?
