Career Resources
Super wide range or salaries.
Figures I heard for analysts:
- Small-Mid Cap (Innovafonds, Cerea, 123 IM, Siparex, Bpifrance..): 45-55 k€ with bonus around 50% (sometime less)
- Large Cap (Ardian, CVC, Permira...): 60-75k with bonus in the 50-100% range
For associates:
- Small-Mid Cap: 60-70 k€
- Large Cap: 90-120 k€
Small-mid cap is generally aligned with Big 4 Transaction Services teams salaries while large cap are more in line with IB/M&A salaries.
Hit me up if you have more specific questions.
Are large cap hours as brutal as in london?
Thanks for the insight! What about working hours? How does it compare to IB in Paris as well?
France pays shit. I‘m working for an UMM fund in Germany and my base salary is 40% higher than the colleagues’ in Paris (both for the exact same Analyst level). Don’t know the numbers for bonus but I assume it’s similar bad.
care to give a comp range for the DE analyst level?
Really? I thought comps in Paris and Frankfurt are roughly similar across the department
That’s odd as IB pays the same as in germany.
