SAAS Question

Interviewing for a SAAS oriented PE firm. One of the questions the recruiter gave to me to prep before the next round was 1) what questions would you ask founders and 2) how would the questions differ if you are talking to a founder of a B2B firm vs a B2C firm. I tried Googling around but genuinely have no clue, any help would be greatly appreciate

1) cop out... What is your long-term vision in terms of your tenure and influence over the company?

2) Talk about your internal thinking on switching costs and "customer lock-in" when it comes to working with enterprises and SMBs vs. consumers, how does the competitive environment inform this strategy?
