Should I Take My PE Internship Offer?

I do not usually post in online forums, but I am desperate for advice. I just landed an internship with a relatively large private equity firm in southern Florida, and I am trying to determine whether or not to take the position. I am graduating this December from a non-target school (ranked 50-100 in US News), and I currently run a small business taking in around $2000 / month(Net). I have been working on the business for the past six months, and I believe I could grow my revenues substantially if I put in the work this summer. I love my current work, and it gives me the freedom to do whatever I want, but I feel like it would be stupid to pass up an opportunity to work in the private equity industry. So my question is should I put my business on hold to intern in PE this summer? Are the connections and experience I gain through PE over the summer worth risking the business I have built?
